1 Balkon nach Süden + 1 Terrasse nach Westen, überkomplette Ausstattung, nur als Beispiel: 4 Varianten zum Kaffee kochen: Kapselmaschine, Filtermaschine, Ital.Espressokanne, Kanne f. türk. Kaffee. Essig Öl Salz etc. etc. vorhanden. Kaffee-Kapseln, 2 Sorten Einrührkaffee, Teesackerl etc.etc vorhanden. Geschirrspüler. Viele liebevolle kleine Details. nur als 1 Beispiel: der Boden in der Dusche fühlt sich angenehm an, ist aber trotzdem so griffig, dass man auch mit eingeseifter Fußsohle nicht rutscht. Würde gerne 11 Sterne vergaben, wenn es ginge.

Great location, spacious apartment! Just note that the apartment is 90m2 but only has a small A/C in the living room. So in summer even with the AC on, its 30C inside the living room, and bedrooms are extremely warm.
