Description

The apartment is 30 m2 and consists of a bedroom, a living area with a kitchenette and a dining area, and a bathroom. The bedroom is located on a raised platform accessed by stairs and is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area, which provides everything needed for the preparation and serving of various dishes.

The bathroom has a spacious shower cabin with a high modern glass wall. The entire apartment has attractive and modern furnishings and bright colors that blend nicely with calm tones. With its beautiful and harmonious design, it always delights guests.

The apartment accommodates two people on a double bed. A sofa can be prepared as an additional bed, making it particularly popular with families or friends. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, sheets and towels, and free Wi-Fi.

Paid parking is available at the nearby Belveder garage (350 m), at the public parking lot next to Ukmar Square (300 m), or at the market (400 m).

In general the apartment is fine for a couple of nights and the location is good (almost in the old center of the town). It was clean and easy to access (with digital check-in and good instructions). Just be mindful that the apartment is made with cheaper materials and at night you can hear a lot of the water running in the other apartments.

Check-in went great. The appartement looked nice. One of the curtains was poorly attached to the rails, which caused a lot of light to get through. We notified them about this on day one, they responded that they would ask someone and asked us if someone could go in our appartement when we were not there. The curtains were never fixed... We haven't heard anything about it and not even a sorry. The cutlery was not completely clean. In the listing we saw there was a toaster, pepper, salt and oil, but none of that was present. The location of the appartement was nice, walkable to most things. We didn't succeed in getting there with the car to drop off our stuff, because there were bollards. Next to us there was a metal staircase, which caused a lot of noice throughout the day. It seemed like there were water pipes next to our bed, which made a lot of noice, day and night.
