The apartment is 70 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a balcony. The bedrooms contain a double bed and air conditioning. It is possible also to prepare a baby cot. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin. The kitchen is decorated in white and wood, creating a warm and homely atmosphere, and includes all the necessary utensils for carefree cooking and meal preparation. It is connected to the dining area.

In a separate living room, there is a comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen TV. The balcony offers a stunning view of vineyards, olive trees, and the sea, which is visible beyond the roofs of the surrounding houses. The apartment provides guests with free Wi-Fi, fresh sheets, and towels. Parking is available in front of the apartment.

Large space, quiet and nice surrounding, air condition, very clean and renovated house. We got hrebs for cooking directly from the garden from the owner! Parenzana bike path nearby

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich – trotz einer gewissen Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns gut verständigen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, mit viel Platz, sowohl in den Wohnräumen als auch in den Schlafzimmern. Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage gefallen, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Alles war sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
