The air-conditioned accommodation unit, with an area of 83 m2, comprises two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, a living room, and a terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The kitchen contains an oven, a dishwasher, and other necessary equipment for a carefree stay. The bathroom includes a shower cabin and a washing machine. The bright living room offers a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Stairs lead from the living room to the terrace.

The terrace is equipped with a sofa set. It is excellent spot for socializing, enjoying meals togheter, or relaxing. The apartment has free Wi-Fi access. Fresh sheets and towels are provided upon arrival. The accommodation unit is located on the first floor, just a step away from the Punta Lighthouse and the beach.

The apartment is suitable for four people and is particularly popular with families, couples, and pet lovers, as pets are welcome in the apartment. Paid public parking is available in the nearby Fornace garage. A mini-bus from the garage house runs to the bus station located at Tartini Square.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen. Alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir haben gern auf der Terrasse gesessen und gefrühstückt. Es ist nicht ganz leicht durch das Fenster auf die Terrasse zu kommen. Aber für uns war es gut. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Danke!

Perfect location in the town centre next to the beach. Restaurants, markets and shops are in a few minutes walk distance. View from the terrace is unbeatable. Rooms are big enough for a family for a longer stay, well equipped apartment with air conditon, nice bathroom with a washing machine. We enjoyed our stay there. Ice cream rigt next door is really delicious.
