The renovated apartment features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace in the garden, which is shared with other accommodation units. The first bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom or children's room is equipped with two single beds. The rooms are decorated with paintings on canvas with marine motifs. The living room includes a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. The living room offers a view of a part of the Walls of Piran and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the dining area and the living room. The kitchen window overlooks the entrance of the Walls of Piran. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and adorned with wood and mosaic tiles. The renovated apartment is bright and extremely comfortable. It is particularly popular among families or groups of friends.

The apartment provides access to WI-FI, fresh sheets, and towels. The house offers its own parking space, which is very rare in Piran.

The landmark that practically touches the house is the Walls of Piran, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire town. From there, a pedestrian path leads to the Cultural Center and Multimedia Museum Mediadom Piran (400 m), Church of St. George (450 m), Tartini Square (450 m), Piran Aquarium (500 m), and the Maritime Museum Piran (500 m).

Piran boasts numerous restaurants that spoil visitors with a variety of culinary delights. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can find Porta Marciana (400 m), Pizzeria Batana (450 m), Ribja Kantin'ca Porto Piran (500 m), Pirat (500 m), Neptun (500 m), and many others that invite visitors to the Piran promenade with their offerings.

Groceries can be purchased at Mercator Piran (400 m) or even better at the market (500 m). For larger purchases, the nearest stores are Lidl, Eurospin, Mercator, and Agraria in Lucija.

Popular beaches in the area include the beach below the Walls of Piran (300 m), the beach near Hotel Piran (600 m), and the beach at Punta (750 m).

Great spot for our small family, right at the city walls and at the edge of the pedestrian zone, so we were able to park our car and walk without any issues. The garden is lovely and the walk to town is quick, although be prepared for the walk back, it is uphill, but not too difficult. Overall, lovely apartment and exactly as described in the photos. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Piran!

Sehr gut: • Super Lage, toller Garten • Eigene Parkgaragen (selten in Piran!) • Insgesamt angenehme Erfahrung Aber auch: • Kleine Mängel (defekte Jalousie und Wasserkocher, vergessene Kleidung in den Schränken) • Wohnung etwas dunkel Fazit: Sehr gute Unterkunft – würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wow. Absolut empfehlenswert. Riesige Wohnung mit Garten. Tolle Ausstattung. Garage fürs Auto mit direkten Zugang. Von hier aus kann man super ins Zentrum spazieren. Ein süsses Kaffee daneben. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.
